During the downtime it will not be possible to run Emma services online. However, Emma can still be used in offline mode to run services that have already been cached locally on the PC.
It is recommended to use the "Download Services" functionality of Emma to pre-download services that you will need to run during the change window. Please note that dongle requiring services cannot be used in offline mode.
